Kepong Residence

Situated at the dynamic borders of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Kepong boasts a rich history dating back to the 1860s. Originally a hub for the tin mining industry, Kepong played a pivotal role during the British Malaya era. This northern part of KL was not only a significant site for tin mining but also one of the largest new villages formed during the Malayan Emergency. The influx of Chinese immigrants, drawn by the burgeoning mining opportunities, has left an indelible mark on the area’s cultural and economic landscape.
The Kepong Residence Architecture Project seeks to honor this historical legacy while

embracing contemporary design elements. The project seamlessly integrates modern living with the storied past of Kepong, creating a unique residential experience. By incorporating features that reflect both the industrial heritage and the vibrant community spirit, the design aims to provide a harmonious living environment. The development includes a blend of lush green spaces, water features, and recreational areas, all thoughtfully curated to enhance the quality of life for its residents. This project stands as a testament to Kepong’s evolution, celebrating its past while looking forward to a sustainable and vibrant future.
